These terms apply to your use of the Our Moment app. By using the app, you agree to them. They work alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.
Who can use Our Moment
You must be at least 18 years old. The app is designed for two adults in a relationship who both choose to use it.
Your content
You own everything you create in the app. You're responsible for what you share, and you should share only with a partner who wants to receive it. Don't use the app to share anything illegal, anything involving anyone under 18, or anything about another person without their consent. Spice It content is meant for consenting adult partners and must follow these rules.
Plans and payments
- Plus and Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple Account.
- Forever is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium features with no further fees.
- One purchase unlocks the paid features for both partners in a paired couple.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
- If a plan ends, custom content beyond the free limits is paused, not deleted, and it returns if you subscribe again.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Points, streaks, and rewards
Points, streaks, Streak Breaks, and rewards are just for fun inside the app. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, or use it to harass or harm anyone.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Our Moment running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update features over time. If a change significantly affects a paid plan, we'll let you know in the app.
Disclaimers
Our Moment is for fun and connection. It isn't counseling, therapy, or professional relationship advice. The app is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
